My story

I am advanced Fitness Trainer. who provide the traditional array of fitness training for clients, from toning to building muscle. and weight loss.

I an also a specialist who believe that exercise is for all!  And can be a way to combat a wide range of  ailments: For those with Diabetes, Obesity, Lower Back pain, Cardiovascular issues , Cancer rehabilitation, and an array of other issues.  I am also the author of successful weight loss book “Do You want To Lose Weight”. 

I work with other Personal Trainers and Health Professionals where necessary to provide as much of a holistic service as possible, the aim, to enrich the lives of people with which I come into contact, helping them to continue living functional healthy lifestyles for as long as possible.
